Please note: All sales of digital downloads are final unless the product is defective, not as described, or fails to download properly. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, as digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

Refunds are not available for:

  • Products that have been downloaded and accessed, even if unused.

Timeframe for Requests

We process eligible refund requests promptly, typically within 3-5 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Note that processing fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) are non-refundable.

Replacements
